The Presidents Wine Dinner was won by Crave Catering and was a huge success. We had 16 guests total and they dined on Texas Dry Rubbed -Spiced Ribeyes and Gulf Shrimp cooked on the grill and served with fresh Green Beans and Roasted Potatoes. Flat Creek Winery served paired wines with each course. John-John the Corporate Butler made everyone feel so welcome and pampered, I don’t know whatt I would have done with out him! Thanks you Damon and Becky Holditch, Ruth Jones and Michelle Bromley for all your help cooking and serving the dinner! Thanks for everything, Nancy Hoffmann-Allison
THE SPORT OF INVOLVEMENT As event professionals, we are tasked DAILY with solving challenges, crafting solutions and thinking 10 steps ahead of the client. It’s no wonder we run out of steam when it comes to self-marketing and promotion. When outlined and scheduled into your day/week, it becomes its own source of creativity. This practice also fires the engines to help you combine both the magic of the right brain and the logic of the left. EXPLORE FIVE AREAS OF GROWTH 1. Engage and Participate. “Busy read full story >

First, I have to say that Corbin Ball has been a hero of mine for a long time. When I decided to transition into an event planning career after being a stage manager for 15 years, I completed a program at Austin Community College and received a Certificate in Meeting and Event Planning. One of my teachers mentioned Corbin Ball’s website as a resource for event planning. When I checked it out, I couldn’t believe that someone had been so generous in sharing valuable spreadsheets and tools for organizing their events. If you are not familiar, check out www.corbinball.com and read full story >
